Our tool analyzes your servers’ and workstations’ event logs (warnings, server errors, critical conditions relating to your server, etc.), and sends a detailed e-mail documenting its findings to Nicom IT. We offer you the added security of having our senior technicians conduct daily evaluations of these findings - contacting you immediately when significant issues are identified, providing options for resolving these issues, and addressing the situation based on your decisions.
